“Fifty years ago, our professional management started in Rapid City, and the focus was to manage apartment complexes that were built with HUD and Rural Development financing. You guys know that as income-based housing. Throughout the years, the main office moved from Rapid City to Madison, and we continue to service communities throughout the state of South Dakota,” said Beaner.

“For our 50-year milestone, we knew we had to come up with something that we wanted to share with the community. So, we are doing an open house. So, anytime from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, you can pop in to our office, grab a refreshment, and have some laughs. We do have 50 spider plants that we are giving away as a housewarming gift for our guests,” said Oyedokun.
